When I run star parallel on a sigle host, connecting error appears. Could anyone tell me how to set mpich2?

What operating system?
Did you install MPICH? You have to select it from the installation menu. Did you look in the installation notes (install.pdf)? |

win xp64 system. MPICH2 is installed. Little helpful in install.pdf on this problem.

I had a similar problem with MPICH2 in Windows. I had to run cmd -> C:\...\[MPICH2 Directory]\mpiexec-register
Once in there I put in the account and password for Windows. This allowed me to use MPICH2. |
