Gasoline Spray Modeling

Hello,

I am working on gasoline spray in a spray bomb. Single hole nozzle. Has anyone come across prescribed models for gasoline spray? Does anyone have experimental data regarding any injectors?

Hi, there's is some data on injectors (also gasoline ones) in SAE papers, like typical discharge coeff, cone angle, penetration, etc... I've worked on diesel injector but when I was looking for data I found something about gasoline. I don't have that data with me, but if you try a search on SAE publications maybe you'll find something useful

Thanks for your reply. I have experimental values with me now. There are models specified for diesel spray, but have you come across what models are recommended for gasoline spray?

You can do it in CCM. But you have to extract boundary conditions from some research paper.
