Default Black hardcopy CCM+

Hi, I have CCM+ 3.02.003 on WIN XP and everytime I make HARDCOPY the picture is solid black (it's not lightning problem). Everything is fine on linux systems, but not on win. Does anyone know, wheres problem THX

right click on Scalar Scene x>Attributes>Light then select Head Light.. then try hardcopy..

thx for response. but new light settings show the sane result

and I don't know, how long take to obtain upgrade (school workstation and I'm just a student)

just i have tried to use Head Light option an i got good results

i am using STAR-CCM+ 3.02.003 ..

And before that, do you have it solid black? I hae it black and picture size is 2,89 kB (png 1280x1024). When I worked on 2.XXXX version it was all fine. I don't need any aditional setting but now...

We have had this problem on some workstations and not others. It turns out that it was a video card issue. Try going to Control Panel > Display > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshoot. Reduce the setting on the Hardware accelleration slider bar (I had to put mine all the way down to the 2nd level).
