Events and Parallel Solver

Hi there.
I made a model with one event for a sliding mesh similiar to tutorial 7.1 but with userfile newxyz.f But when I use decompmeth=sets in star i get this message of error. ** ERROR *** EVENT FILE .evn HAS NOT BEEN PREPARED IN PROSTAR, PLEASE USE EVPREP AND GEOM COMMANDS AND RERUN What i am doing wrong? Thanks for reading this. |

Before you write the geom file, run the command evprep. Don't forget to first connect to the events file (evfi conn).

I have put the following code after defining the sliding regions.
setd,star.set,all cset news gran,,7.4,,,,,2 cplo setw,star.set,,last cset invert cplo setw,star.set,,last evfi conn evprep I still get the same error message: PNP: *** ERROR *** EVENT FILE .evn HAS NOT BEEN PREPARED IN PROSTAR, PLEASE USE EVPREP AND GEOM COMMANDS AND RERUN |
