How can I use a converged model to calculate the initial conditions (TDR and TKE) for a new case on similar geometry in Star-CCM+?

You can try to extract the mean values from your converged solution and then you can use it as initial conditions for the new one... In star 3.26 there was a function called "mapping" the solution onto a new geometry, I don't know if there is that option also in Star-CCM+

Thank you Andrea. I searched the users guide for mapping and found lots of useful information.
