StarDesign preprocessing error

Hey all, I'm currently trying to import a geometry i've made in stardesign to star-CD. I create the model, then try to run the preprocessing to generate a grid, but starccm doesn't seem to start a server properly and comes back with the following error.

Annotation: Exception occurred in Request Processor java.io.IOException: String index out of range: -1.
