Default Proam: Assembly

Hello all,

While assembling the trimmed mesh with the extrusion (for an external flow mesh) so many sharp cells are protruding inside the inner domain. How to rectify this problem. Which causes this to protrude from all the directions? Can any one help me in this regard?

have you checked out the initial surface before the extrusion process? May be that sharp cell are also present in the first surface saved before the extrusion process...you use the "auto" method to cover your core mesh with shells maybe you'll get some "extra" shell inside your model that you don't really want to have...
