i have downloaded a windows based star-cd 4.02 on to a laptop but i am having a problem moving the NavCentre window so that the bottom of the window can be seen. at the moment it is not possible for the NavCentre screen to be moved any highter than the tool bar. i have tried changing the resolution but this have not worked. is there a way of moving a screen other than holding the tool bar ?

Go to windows taskbar -> right click properties -> uncheck "keep the taskbar on top of other windows. then click ok. Now click on the NavCentre windows. Move your cursor to the bottom of the NavCentre and it will automatically offset to the top and you will get the bottom of the windows as well as "ok" button.
