Dear folks,
I am currently working on modeling of NOx reduction by using Selective Catalytic Reduction methodology. For this I want to know about thermal decomposition of urea. please if anyone knows about this problem inform me. And also I am in need of some material properties like HNCO, Urea which are not there in the data base of STAR-CD. Thank you. PULLAIAH G IITM |

Hi, You can search easily the kinetics of urea decomposition from sciencdirect website. There are two-reaction system when urea was decomposed. By the way, I am now doing something on SCR using Fluent, but I dont know how to input the kinetic parameters for the case of surface reaction. Can you give me some information?
Thanks in advanced. PS: I you cant find the paper mention to the kinectics of urea decomposition. Plz tell me, I will send you one. |
