inlet isn't uniform. I would like to specific value on nodes. how to set? thanks

you have to use subroutine. In the define boundary panel set the user option to "user"

The other option is to use a table (see TBREAD command description)

The easy way to get into table operation is to create an sample of the necessary format with the editor (bottom-left button). export the sample and create your data-table with a standard editor.
