meshing about fan

I concerned about fan noise
So, I would like to mesh fan and duct first of all, as meshing duct, how to block inlet/outlet halls using pro-amm because of inlet/outlet thickness(hollow model), can't use 'fill all halls' in fix surface problem manu |

use option "using cursor" to generate shells by hand. It could be useful to remesh this surface afterwards.
