CCM+ Interface - Merging Boundaries

I have two boundaries on two regions that are exactly the same (one was created from the other using the cavity feature in SolidWorks). But for some reason CCM+ cannot merge them together, stating that it cannot match up the perimeters of the boundaries. I have over 200 other boundaries, created in the same way, that merge fine but for some reason these two will not.
I have isolated the problem faces and they are exactly the same. Has anyone seen this probelm before and if so, how did you get around it? |

hi..
delete one of them then try to create interface by right clicking on remaining boundary and selecting the Convert to Interface option.. then tru zipping edge and go on... |
