Oscillating Body Forces...

I'm having serious difficulties doing a resistance calculation. My problem is for a ship flow, the wave pattern forms correctly, but my resistance values oscillate considerably (300% of the target value). It is a time accurate solution, I've encountered this problem before for time accurate solutions. Does anyone know what tricks (if any) I can use to quickly steady out the resistance values?
