We have a new Intel 64 dual core cpu and we cannot install a Linux version lower than Suse Linux 10.2. Now starcd 4.2 is not installing properly (probably some script errors). Has anyone experience with the installation?

I have installed starcd 4.02 32bit on opensuse Linux 10.2. I had not any problem for installation. But I have many segmentation errors. When I use mesh checking I get error for mesh. But in release 3.26 I don't get any error. It seems release 4.02 has a lot of problems.

You need a more recent patch of STAR-CD. bsh was changed in SuSE 10.2 and apostrophe is interpreted differently. STAR-PNP has been upgraded and STAR-CD (v3.26 and v4.xx) work on SuSE 10.2.
