Star CCM - Problem with image hardcopy quality

I am having a problem with the appearance of my hardcopy images. The saved output image quality is black and white, with a lot of vertical lines gray lines. NOTE: The view within Star CCM is perfect and this problem has only occured since the update.

Any help will be much appreciated.

never seen that myself, which version and os are you using?

Try to set your surface lighting to [1.0, 0.0, 0.0, 1.0] for contours for example.

This approach helped for me when I had irregularities between screen view and actual hardcopy.
