I try to simulate time-dependent temperature of solid domain, but i have no idea about it,if i use a small time period the flow can be converged but the heat transfer is very slow, then i have to run solver for thousands of time step,it's expensive. But if i set a bigger time period the flow will be unstable. So can anybody tell me how to solve this issue?I need your suggestion, thanks in advance.

Why transient? Do it steady state!

What is your courant number (max and mean) as reported in your info file?
