I have just run the analysis and it has come up with the following error:

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this please?

Put couples check, and keep the option of create failed couples set on. After getting the couple error, try for couple merge. Again re-check

Most likely it will work. such messages come with multiple couples assigned to one or more cells face.

When I do that one of the errors disappear, but one still remains:

If one problem is still there after couple merging. Means some local coupling problem is there.

Locally you should see the corresponding cells/coupling faces, keeping in mind the coupling rules. To start with, after checking for couples, delete the 1 couple which is giving problem and check for cracks locally.
