connection refused problem

When I run the job with moving mesh method, the computor told me. Could not bind to local port 6543 Address already in use ruixu: Connection refused
At first I thought it was my problem. I tried the tutorial 11, the same problem happened. Is there any one who can help me? try with the option -nooverload or contact support...
