hi, how the subjects says, i'm doing a project for the university using star-CCM+ v2.0 and the problem i've right now is to figure out how to load this condition: how to assign on an annular inlet a radial velocity field ?
i tried on this boundary both the methods 'magnitude+direction' and 'components', but i can't understand how to load an external table yet (which coordinate system ? cilindrical or cartesian ? how to structure the table ? how to load all the radius and the angles of this inlet ?), nor if the 'field function' can be useful to my purpose... please help me, i've been trying for one week, i'll get mad soon !!! ) thank you in advance, max |
