Default Loosing baffles while creating a volume mesh

hello,

i would like to run a mrf fan model. The problem is that I loose the internal baffles during the creation of a tetrahedral volume mesh with Star4.0_amm. I already tried to define the baffles as shells and to treat them like internal features. Could some body help me?
