I have used that macro several times and have only had the problem you describe when the mass flow has not converged. Sometimes all residuals will decrease except mass. How does your mass residual look?

thank you tom. Mass residual is increasing with crank angle, total mass traped is correct. can i know how much mass flow rate you got while executing the macro and where you are executed the macro ie at inlet boundary or middle of port or just above the valve portion. thank you siva
