How to plot Y+ vs. U+ ?

Hi. I am modeling a pipe flow problem and need to plot Y+ vs U+ on a radius in a cross section along the pipe. (Y+ = friction velocity*normal dist. from cell center to the wall /kinematic viscosity) ,(U+ = mean axial velocity / shear velocity) and (friction velocity = SQRT(wall shear stress/density). Please help. Beat regards . Wael
