CPU states

I have linux machine(64bit) for 6 nodes and 6 machine. But CPU load is 50% or less for 6 jobs I don't know what is wrong..

my result is as follow

1 node-> CPU Time :2726.51 ELAPSED Time :2755.14

2 node-> CPU Time :1336.23 ELAPSED Time :1557.72

3 node-> CPU Time : 893.6 ELAPSED Time :1503.35

4 node-> CPU Time : 682.37 ELAPSED Time :1130.06

5 node-> CPU Time : 547.75 ELAPSED Time :1071.82

5 node-> average CPU(using top command) 53%

4 node-> average CPU(using top command) 61%

3 node-> average CPU(using top command) 45%

2 node-> average CPU(using top command) 89%

1 node-> average CPU(using top command) 95%
