Check all couples and use the option to create a new couple set with all failed couples. Delete your cell (and vertex) cell and open Lists > Couple List. Start with the first couple and put master cell into cells set. With "plfa on" you can check on which cell face the couple is. Then extend the cell set with the first slave, check it visualy; then add the next slave etc. If a slave is missing, you can select all vertices on the cell face and use "cset add vset all" or "cset add vset any" if "all" fails. In the couple list panel you can add slaves to the active couple.

Disconnected means that you have more than one part in your model. Do you want that? If you use Tools > Check > Connectivity, you whould get 1 or -1 in post register 4. If you turn on contour plot you should be able to get a view of the problems.
