Default about the cell connectivity

i use following commond to setup a model with finer mesh in internal while coarser external, but error happened. who can give me some advices. vc3d,0,5,5,0,360,18,0,1000,1000

vc3d,5,7,2,0,360,36,0,1000,1000

vmerge,all,,0.0001,,,,,,,low,delete

check,all, ,connect,newset,nolist

error happened, error #265 total number of occurences:1 model has groups of disconnected cells

You have to use couples to connect the fine grid with the coarse grid.

You don't need to do the vmerge but you have to create couples between the 2 meshes.

why the hell you are not working through the tutorials???? this is for every software the best way to get into it !! 99% of your (...) questions would be answered by doing this.

please do it!
