Dear colleagues

Recently I downloaded STAR-CMM+, but it is rather difficult to start.

I would like to try it solving lid-driven cavity flows (both 90 degree and 60, 45 degree) at different range of Re number.

Please help.

Any suggestions are highly appreciated, I will be very grateful.

Thanks in advance

Michail

try the tutorials that should give you a reasonable idea, STAR-CCM+ is dead easy to use so it shouldnt take too long, you can always do the training too if you ask your support office.

Download Flowvision from www.flowvision.ru, install the help and tutorials in Russian, that will answer a lot of your questions, then shift to star ccm, the GUI is almost identical
