Hi
I changed computer and asked for a new license. This computer for some reason has defined a eth0 : 00000000000 and eth1 : with its physical address. When I try to comprise the license server it tells me that the hostid on the machine and the one on the license file do not match. The problem is that it tries to read eth0 instead of eth1. I know this has not much to do with starcd but perhaps someone here have had a similar problem. Appreciate any help Kind regards C |

I had this problem in a year ago. Using your unix manager program or unix command, you need to deactivate eth0 first and then reboot again. The OS will recognize eth1 as the primary device. Good luck
