proam issue

in proam when i generate subsurface along a rectangular channel, only longer sides are getting offseted smaller size are remaining at same places creating pyramids there instead of prisms. The face connecting to rectangle has no subsurface.

first check for orientation and if any errors are there reorient the shells and create proper edgeline this will rectify the problem, I think
