Can not allocate memory~

Here is a problem Yesterday I build a model using about 2000000 cells .when I locate the boundary ,the output command shows " can`t allocate memory . " Does it mean that I should add RAM to the motherboard to enhance its memory ?

Thank you today I actually add a new RAM to motherboard . rebuild the model It works~ ha ha~ Thank you~
