I make a analysis on a gear pump using starcd. when it solves a several steps ,it was unstable. i use k-e model, moving mesh, boundary condition of the tooth top is attach, and the contact part is also. the time step is very small, 1e-20 sec, but there is unstable too. rotation speed is 2500 r/min.
