hi,

is there any article on porous media analysis?I want to model heatexchangers as porous media with heat removal or adition. I want to know which correlation is to be used 1)highly porous media 2) moderately porous media is there any other option? what experimental data is required>?

u need three experimental data flow rate vs pressure drop and temperature change.

Based on this u can calculate alpha and beta for porous media and heat source characterization in sorent.f
