That depends a lot on how your cluster has been built. If you have NFS running, rsh installed by default, etc... You will need: 1) to the parallel communication libraries You can obtain the precompiled ones (based on MPICH) from your local support office 2) install on all compute nodes an rsh-server (ssh would do but it is more complicated to configure)
From there, you can run either the simulations locally on a scratch disk and retrieve the data or have it in shared directories via NFS. Oh, and do not forget to have the same user account on all computers with the same UID and GID. Hope this helps you further... If not, contact your local support office.
