Hello,

I started again and made the model for tutorial 11.1 with star-cd V3.2 but I have some errors due to which i am having warnings while writing geometry file.

The errors and warnings are:

*error-74 there are cracks in the model

*error-265 model has groups of disconnected cells

Begining geometry write to file tut11 geom

** warning- no cell found for boundary 375 in region 5

** warning- no cell found for boundary 378 in region 5

Boundary set cleared

** warning- 2 boundaries not found on any cell in the model

guys, help me out.. can anyone tell me how to overcome these errors??

Hi,

error-74: - check the grid in the NavCenter - let it generate a new cset from the error cells (cracks) - first merge (using vmerg) the vertices - find out if there are double cells overlapping.

error-265: - that belongs to the previous error

there are some boundary faces for region 5 defined of cells which are already deleted. remove all the boundary of that inlet or outlet and generate new one.
