Hi,

I'm running job in parallel on linux cluster with v3.2

the pst files are in local /tmp

now I want to merge and see the results without finishing the job. I've copied the jobs to casename_000X dirs, from the temporary dirs where it is dropped by star. but when trying merge pst, i got this message:

*** ERROR *** INDEX FILE DOES NOT MATCH SLAVE POST FILE FOR PROCESSOR: 1

anyone has any working method? prohpc is not showing anything better.

I am not familiar with the error message you recived. I was told, howver, that to manually merge pst files in version 3.2 to issue the command $STARDIR/bin/mergepst
