Train Simulation Entering A tunnel Part No 2...

Hi Everybody!
Once more I would like your advice about some problems with Star-CD. It is more than a month since I had post another message with almost the same problem here.. Previously i was trying to perform a "train simulation entering a tunnel" but unfortunately I'm not even near there... I have many problems with the "events file" (the file which star-cd is keeping all the data for the cut/remove/add/deactivations/activations of cells). Does anyone know if: 1) There is any other paper/tutorial/help file except the files that exists in star-cd? Cause they don't actually give much information about how all the events are taking place.. 2)I have trying almost anything but still i can not make a suitable pattern of how the cells are going to be moved ( I have tried even the simplest of geometry with only 10 cells in total but still no luck) I have read the manual and the guide of the prostar but they are not that helpful.. Any suggestion will be more than appreciated! I basically search for more information about how the prostar is managing the events and the steps of the moving process in order to create my own.. (if something is not clear explained here please contact me) Thanks in advance. Regards Christos p.s.:My previous message and the replies to it can be found here: http://www.cfd-online.com/Forum/starcd.cgi?read=4784 . |
