Hi all, I am doing tetra mesh in pro*am. But while creating sub-surface proam is creating uneven offsetting. Somewhere it is giving more spacing somewhere less. Because of this there are intersection of cells. Did anybody face this problem? I tried lot of option in proam to create good sub-surface. Is this a function of good shell (tri) mesh? Kindly guide.

The quality of the surface mesh is very important for the creation of the subsurface. There are several ways in proam to deal with this problem. You can try the "resurface" at first.
