Hello there Star users,
i've come up against a problem in Star when generating a mesh of my model. its a very simple space with 3 boxes in the space representing volumetric heat inputs, each one is assigned to 400watts - these represent fluid subdomains in my model. The cartesian mesh reports back the following warnings: warning: material point at (3.6,1.5,0.3) on boundary warning: material point at (3.6,3.5,0.3) on boundary warning: material point at (3.6,5.5,0.3) on boundary the locations mentioned above are the centre points of my boxes. Thus the heat is not represented in my model. my space is small say 5mx7mx3.2m tall with some inlets and outlet/pressure boundaries with cartesian mesh set to 0.1,0.1,0.1m the fluid subdomain boxes are 4mx0.5mx0.2m tall and they sit 0.2m off the floor level Any advice out there on why this is happening thanks in advance -ted |
