Weller combustion model

Hi all I have the following problem with the Weller model: I am simulating combustion in an internal combustion engine. The simulation is time transient, with addition/removal of layers. The combustion starts regularly but after 15-20 degrees of crank angle some burnt zones appear in regions that still havenīt been reached by the flame front. Of course I have not turned on the knock model. Does anybody have an idea of reason of this strang behaviour? Convergence limit of scalars? N.of sweeps? Differencing scheme? Any help is very apreciated. Roadracer
