Default Moving meshes, is that possible

Hi. After long searching the way of working with moving meshes imported from some CAD system, I've found out that it's not natural (or even not possible) for STAR-CD. In all tutorials and presentations only simple geometry moving can be found (or ICE problems). Can somebody tell me common way to work (move) with imported unstructured mesh? Thanks a lot.
