Dear Users, I happened to experience a strange Win XP bug. If by chance you have installed the Hot fix , in case of running big calculations, with more than 500,000 cells( but maybe even smaller once), Star.exe will suddenly crush during the calculation, or not start finding negative volume cells. It is a very annoying bug, but the solution seems easy. Uninstalling the hot fix, the problem seems to be solved, and star runs correctly. Hope this helps.
