Hello, I'd like to create in a face of a cell, two patch for radiation. How can I get it?

It is not possible. Maximum is one patch per cell face. You can span several cell surfaces with one patch to economize on the view factor calculations but of course, it'll be less accurate -to do this, create patches by specifying the size of the patches when in boundary tool > boundary patches.
