Not personally, but a colleague had some problems with it, it appears that Star-CD uses a quite old version of the CGNS library.

PROSTAR has been implementing the major development releases of the CGNS library, but has not been implementing the incremental revision changes between the major releases or any of the beta releases.
The V2.0Rev1 version of the CGNS library is used in PROSTAR starting with V3.103.519. Of course, if you are using an older version of PROSTAR (pre 519), the V1.2 version of the CGNS library is used. If you're expecting V2.1 of the CGNS library (released May 24, 2002), you will have to wait for a post 520 release of PROSTAR. |
