Hi, I have a new Linux computer (with prostar 3.15), I have transferred some of my old cases (with ftp) from my old Unix work station (with prostar 3.15). The trouble is when I want to check my old cases with the Linux computer and I got the following error message: Error resuming database, when prostar tries to read the mdl file. Is it possible to transfer files from one system to another? Does anyone have any experience with similar problems? Regards, Ulf

What Unix ? Maybe DEC-Unix (True64) ? Otherwise there should be no problems.

Just do a "cdsave" to save all date in ascii format and read them back at the linux box ("ifile").

Hi,
Look at the SETFEATURE command. It will allowed you to swap the byte ordering of binaries files. |
