Hi!

My grid is build in the cylindric coordinate system. Is it importamt if I define coord. system No.1 or No.2 for the problem boundary conditions?

yes ,the boundry condition is defined according to your coord.system,esspecially for the vector value,becasuse it must be pointed the direction.
