Hello I do not know if this question fits here, maybe it does. We have STAR-CD v. 3.10A on NT and win2000. Both mashines has 2 processor and we are running non-parallel computations. On Win 2000 the running cases runs twice as long with 2 processors than it used to run on the same comp. with only 1 processor. It seems that the more you restart it the slower it is. We could not find any system errors, nothing. Just it is slow. The mashine with NT on it has also 2 processors but there is no problem of this kind. Has anyone any hint why it's doing such problems?
Have a nice start into the spring!! Matej |
