I want to simulate a bank of tubes in a boiler, but I have a question for any body, if any body know how simulate bank of tubes when we have a high change of direction in the flow?

I know that some people simulate bank of tube using theory of porous media, therefore in some cases this we can apply when we have curve ducts before of banks of tubes.

I thanks any body that can help me.
