please find and disseminate the following anouncement for a postdoc position : Title : Two-phase flow modelling and validation Category : Postdotoral Position Employer : Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse, Chemical Engineering and Fluid Mechanics Laboratories Location : Toulouse, France International : Yes Closure Date : june 2000 Duration : 14 months Description : The Chemical Engineering Laboratory of Toulouse (LGC) and the Fluid Mechanics Institute of Toulouse (IMFT) are opening a postdoctoral position (14 months) in the field of two-phase flows simulation (liquid-liquid and bubbly flows). The candidate will join an undergoing Brite-Euram III basic research program devoted to the development of a CFD code at high phase fraction. The candidate will have to develop, implement and test interfacial and turbulence models issued from new experimental results in the frame of an industrial CFD code. The applicant should have a good knowledge of multiphase flow, computational fluid dynamics, and programming.
