Hello!
I am seeking your guidance and expertise regarding an issue I encountered while running a STAR-CCM+ simulation. The simulation involves a rotating machinery with a mesh size of 60 million cells. During the simulation process, an error occurred: Error in /home/Program_Files/starccm/starccm_install/18.04.008-R8/STAR-CCM+18.04.008-R8/star/lib/linux-x86_64-2.17/gnu11.2-r8/lib/star-ccm+': double free or corruption (out) From my initial research, it appears that the error might be related to a duplicate memory allocation issue. However, I am uncertain about what could have triggered this error suddenly. I am wondering if there might be an issue with some of my settings that could have caused this problem. I would greatly appreciate any insights, suggestions, or similar experiences you could share to help me identify the root cause of this error and find a potential solution. If you require any additional information or details about my setup, please let me know. Thank you in advance for your assistance and support. Best regards, Wuddy |
