Hello everyone,

currently I'm simulating heat transfer. The model that is used for it consits of solid material, a cold air channel and a hot air channel.
The task is to simulate the hot air channel separatly in Star CD and export (using an usr file) it, so that it can be imported into the hot air channel of the full model which is simulated in Star CCM+.
The exact same meshes are used in both softwares. The current mesh is characterized by 3 prismlayers and polyhydrals.
Don't ask why (part of the research) - but does anyone have any idea how to import one prism layer LESS of the hot air channel solved in CD into CCM+?
It would be useful to find out which cell number goes to which cell and so on ... Does anyone know anything related to this?

Thanks for any help!!
