Trying to make derived parts, got a java runtime exception?

While using Star-CCM+, I was trying to get a streamline scene. As I was trying to make a new "derived part", a window popped up saying an "Unexpected Exception". It further continued to read " A java.lang.RuntimeException exception has occured in my log folder. Can anybody help? Thanks.
